Result 3 (R3) is a pivotal product that consolidates the outcomes of R2, R4, and R5, aligning with the theoretical framework established in R1. It comprises a Platform with a SMART TOOLKIT, integrating products such as the self-assessment tool, benchmarking functionality, good practice database, and eLearning modules. The platform is accessible in multiple languages and has garnered significant user engagement during pilot testing, with 465 users from 19 different countries across Europe and Africa. This result introduces several levels of innovation, notably a benchmarking and benchlearning database tailored for Learning Organizations. Unlike traditional benchmarking databases, this platform emphasizes learning and sharing, offering unique opportunities for participants to contribute to and benefit from this collaborative movement.
