MULTIPLIER EVENT PRAGUE (CZECH REPUBLIC) ME 3

On Thursday 2 November 2023, a conference titled "Growing Together" was held in Grébovka, Prague, with the aim of introducing soft skills methodologies in schools to the public. An integral part of the conference was the widely discussed topic of management in schools. Participants of the KNOWLO workshop – primary and kindergarten principals – were able to experience a tool that they can work with to increase the effectiveness of employee management, which can equally indirectly increase their job satisfaction. The workshop led to an interesting discussion in which the importance of long-term solutions and work was emphasized
