MULTIPLIER EVENT RIGA (LATVIA) ME 1 (Part 2)
On November 2, 2023, the International College of Cosmetology successfully executed the second segment of its Multiplier Event. This particular session was tailored for master's students from Turiba University aspiring to pursue careers in education and pedagogy. Additionally, the event welcomed participation from a diverse group of working professionals representing prominent organizations on both national and international fronts, including Larsen & Toubro, Ernst & Young Baltic, Sutherland, Akbar Travels, MCM, SBE, and other esteemed members from Mexico.
The focal point of the event centered around elucidating how individuals can seamlessly integrate the principles of the KNOWLO Framework into their lives. The KNOWLO Framework serves as a systematic guide for self-evaluation, enabling participants to gauge their performance indices. Through this introspective process, attendees were enlightened on how to cultivate a spectrum of skills in digital competencies and adopt best practices. The overarching aim was to empower individuals to operate with greater efficiency, fostering personal and professional growth both for themselves and their respective organizations, incorporating the Knowlo framework principles.
